2015 Spring Training Institute
The application process to become an HISTP Training Scholar includes a preliminary application round, which can be initiated and completed by assembling and submitting the materials listed below. After an initial review, applicants who demonstrate promise will be asked to submit additional supporting materials.

- Personal Information Form: Please fill in all items using the Adobe PDF or MS Word version.
- Statement of Research: Briefly describe the focus of your research and your research agenda for the next 2-5 years. The statement should be no more than 1 page, using 11- or 12-point font.
- Curriculum Vitae: The curriculum vitae should include the following sections – name and mailing address, education with degree and dates of completion, paid employment, honors and awards (including grant awards), professional affiliations and licensures, research and evaluation experience, teaching experience, publications, presentations at conferences, and continuing education.
- Writing Sample: This is an optional item. The submission should be a scholarly, journal length manuscript in which the applicant was the major contributor (first author).
There are a limited number of applicants accepted each year.
